• We accept returns and exchanges within 3 Days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

• Products must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact and also unboxing video is must to be eligible for product returns. If we don’t receive the unboxing video your return will be Rejected / Denied
• Personalized, All Electronics or customized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

3. Return Process:

• Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
• Please securely package the item(s) and include a copy of the original invoice in the package.
• Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Care team.

4. Refund or Exchange:

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) are received, inspected, and approved.
• If you choose a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 Working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement item(s) will be dispatched.
